Dr Manissa Sufian

Dr Manissa is a specialist paediatrician with a passion for helping children thrive from infancy through adolescence. She combines clinical expertise with a strengths-based, family-centred approach—always listening, collaborating, and tailoring care to each child’s unique needs. As both a doctor and a parent, she understands the tough juggle and real-life challenges families face and works alongside them with empathy and practical support.

Manissa completed her medical degree at Monash University, followed by specialist paediatric training across leading hospitals in New South Wales and Victoria, including the John Hunter Children’s Hospital Network, the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and Monash Children’s Hospital.

She has a particular interest in developmental and behavioural paediatrics, with additional training and experience in the assessment and management of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, learning difficulties, and developmental delays. She is a member of the Australasian Society for Developmental Paediatrics (ASDP) and Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).

Manissa is also highly committed to helping families demystify and navigate common childhood concerns such as eczema, asthma, allergies, feeding issues, and constipation—blending clinical insight with her real-life experience as a parent tackling these. When she’s not in clinic or keeping up with her spirited toddler, you’ll likely find her behind her Fujifilm camera or baking something sweet in the kitchen.
