Lauren has completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia. Lauren has 10 years’ experience working in the education sector with children 4-18 years of age and also in a private literacy clinic with school-age students. Lauren has expertise in the assessment and intervention of oral language and learning difficulties, including difficulties with phonological awareness, reading and spelling.

In addition, Lauren is able to provide assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder in conjunction with a Psychologist. Lauren is trained in various evidence-based programs targeting oral language and literacy, such as Sounds Write and is passionate about these areas. She is committed to building rapport with patients and increasing their self-esteem in intervention sessions.
